Compliance with Employment Requirements

Workers must ensure that they meet legal documentation and eligibility requirements for employment. It is the Worker’s responsibility to maintain valid work authorization throughout employment.

Platform Use Conduct

We require that Workers engage respectfully with Employers and adhere to application guidelines. Any misuse of the platform, such as submitting fraudulent applications, may result in removal from the platform.

Data Privacy and Confidentiality

Your privacy is important to us. We commit to protecting your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and secure your data.

Responsibilities and Obligations of Hiring Companies

Accurate Job Descriptions and Requirements

Employers must provide truthful and detailed job descriptions, including specific skills, qualifications, and responsibilities required for each role. Clear job postings benefit both Workers and Employers by ensuring a more suitable match.

Respectful and Legal Hiring Practices

Employers are required to follow non-discriminatory and legal hiring practices. Diligente Workforce prohibits any form of discrimination based on race, gender, religion, or immigration status.

Contractual Responsibilities

Please note that employment contracts are established directly between the Worker and the Employer. Diligente Workforce acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for employment-related matters.

Data Use and Confidentiality

Employers must handle Workers’ personal information responsibly and under privacy laws. Misuse of Worker data will lead to consequences, including possible removal from the platform.

Platform Usage and Content Guidelines

Permitted and Prohibited Uses

Users are expected to engage with the platform in a manner that respects other users and the integrity of Diligente Workforce. Prohibited activities include misrepresentation, fraudulent applications, and abusive language. Violations of these guidelines may lead to termination of access.

Content Ownership and Usage Rights

All content shared by Users on the platform, including resumes and job postings, remains the property of the original poster. By posting on the platform, Users grant Diligente Workforce permission to use, display, and share content for purposes related to our services.

User Responsibility for Account Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts. If you suspect unauthorized access, please notify us immediately.

Limitation of Liability

Platform Liability Limitations

Diligente Workforce serves as a connector between Workers and Employers. We are not liable for any employment disputes, performance issues, or contract breaches between Workers and Employers.

No Guarantee of Employment or Hiring

While Diligente Workforce provides access to a network of Workers and Employers, we do not guarantee job placements or fulfillment of staffing needs. The outcome of each hiring process is solely the responsibility of the parties involved.

Indemnification Clause

Users agree to hold Diligente Workforce harmless in the event of disputes, damages, or claims resulting from platform use. Diligente Workforce is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to Terms of Use

Right to Modify Terms
